Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Insurance Claims Handler to join our team at Office Angels.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate or Administrator looking to start their career in the Insurance sector or progress from an existing role within the industry.

The successful candidate will work as part of a supportive team of 20, receiving excellent training and the chance to complete Insurance qualifications and advance their career.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing claims from intimation to settlement, ensuring efficient processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Acquiring and maintaining knowledge of company products and claims licenses.
  • Effectively managing records and utilizing relevant systems and databases.

You will be ideal for this position if you have:

  • Customer service experience within the Insurance sector.
  • Claims handling or Administrative experience within an Insurance company.
  • A desire to grow your career within Insurance.
  • Good IT skills especially Microsoft Office.

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
