Claims Handling Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Claims Handler to join our team in Ashford, Kent. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your career within the Insurance sector.

Key Tasks
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of Company products and claims licenses.
  • Effectively manage the processing of claims within delegated authority from end-to-end.
  • Provide information to the Claims Team to proceed, appoint suppliers and loss adjustors as required, and ensure the customer is kept informed.
Requirements
  • A Business Degree (or equivalent) and good IT skills, especially Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in customer service within the Insurance sector and claims handling or administrative experience within an Insurance company.
  • The ability to work as a team, be super helpful and organised, and build effective relationships through positive behaviors, honesty, and integrity.
What We Offer
  • A salary of £24,000 per annum.
  • Exceptional benefits, including a supportive and friendly working environment, 26 days annual leave, birthday day off, option to buy/sell 5 days holiday per year, health cash plan, death in service, pension, free parking at all offices, fortnightly fruit deliveries, and team lunch provided once a month.
  • 12 days working from home per year, subject to manager agreement.
