About the Role:

We are seeking an Administrative Support Officer to join our College Support Services team. In this role, you will provide effective and efficient administration, assisting with enrolments, applications, exams, and enquiries on corporate data systems. You will also be involved in the operation of the Service Help Desk, reviewing jobs logged, contacting support services, and coordinating pool vehicle bookings.

As an Administrative Support Officer, your duties will be varied and involve working with staff, students, and outside stakeholders, requiring excellent customer service skills. You will be responsible for the daily running of reception, administration, timetabling, student enrolment, student records, and exams. Experience of working to tight deadlines with accuracy is essential.

Job Description

This role involves working in an open office, where you will need to be able to focus on tasks while answering calls and dealing with queries. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing enrolments and applications
  • Assisting with exams and enquiries
  • Coordinating pool vehicle bookings
  • Providing excellent customer service

Experience of working to tight deadlines with accuracy is essential for this role.
