As an Administrative Support Specialist with Kent Local Medical Committee, you will play a vital role in supporting the practice team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum

The successful applicant will work 8.00am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday, providing general assistance to the team and project a positive image to patients and visitors. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Recalling patients for routine clinic appointments and following up as required.
  2. Liaising with clinical staff and outside agencies to organise clinics.
  3. Receiving, assisting, and directing patients to access appropriate services or healthcare professionals in a courteous and efficient manner.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent telephone manner, be familiar with Windows-based computer software, and able to multi-task. You will also need to have excellent attention to detail and be able to work individually and as part of a team.
