Infirmary Administrative Specialist

The Hole in the Wall Gang Fund, Inc. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Infirmary Administrative Specialist to join our team.

About the Position

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our medical team, including clerical tasks, inventory management, and supply maintenance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing clerical support for the infirmary, including answering phones, managing mail, shredding documents, and filing.
  • Managing inventory and supplies, ensuring the infirmary is always equipped with the necessary resources.
  • Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
  • Assisting with medical procedures, such as taking vital signs and preparing patients for treatment.
  • Working closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure that all medical volunteers are properly trained and certified.
  • Coordinating housing and transportation arrangements for medical staff and volunteers.
  • Preparing weekly schedules for infirmary shifts and staff time off.
  • Checking in medical volunteers, providing necessary information and documents.
  • Supporting the enforcement of medical requirements for staff and volunteers.

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
