Austin Fraser seeks an experienced Career Advancement Specialist to play a crucial role in helping individuals achieve their employment aspirations. This mission-driven role is part of our commitment to empowering organizations with top-tier candidates and supporting unemployed people in getting back to work.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing personalized career guidance, resume writing assistance, and interview preparation to help clients present themselves effectively to potential employers. You will also develop and conduct workshops on job search strategies, networking, professional development, and other relevant topics to enhance clients' employability.
We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others. A genuine passion for helping people succeed is essential, as well as proficiency with data management systems and modern communication tools, including MS Office.
