Job Requirements

We are seeking an Employee Growth and Development Coordinator to join our HR department in Ashford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing L&D strategies aligned with the company's objectives.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Manage the delivery of high-quality training initiatives that meet or exceed business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • An academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the FMCG sector, with a focus on learning and development.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • A creative and innovative approach to L&D solutions, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
