As a Head Teacher at an SEMH school, you will drive educational excellence and deliver a broad, balanced curriculum that meets pupils' needs, producing positive outcomes. This involves promoting high-quality education and relevant curricula for pupils with special education needs.
You will lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver outstanding learning and support, making a positive impact on young lives. We focus on developing self-esteem, wellbeing, academic performance, and development.
Key Responsibilities- Promote a high-quality education and relevant curriculum for pupils with special education needs.
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver outstanding learning and support.
- Become an ambassador for Teaching Personnel, working with parents, local authorities, and stakeholders.
We seek SEN professionals with ambition and creativity to improve performance and support. You must be an excellent communicator and have the ability to inspire teams.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in teaching or leadership roles is required. You must hold a relevant qualification and undergo safeguarding checks.
BenefitsA competitive salary range of £60,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
A 2,000 Welcome Bonus (terms apply) plus non-contractual bonus.
School type: SEMH School, Hours: Monday to Friday, Contract: Permanent, Term Time only. Estimated annual salary: £90,000.
