We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as an Academic Director. As a key member of the Residential Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standard of care and education for children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership skills: Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure a safe and supportive environment for children.
- Mentorship: Develop and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Child-centred care: Foster a child-centred approach to care, respecting and valuing each child's individual needs and experiences.
