Your Role

As our new Head of SEND Inclusion, you will be responsible for leading the strategic development and day-to-day operations of the school. You will ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment, and demonstrate a deep understanding of SEN and SEMH challenges.

  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to improve the education and well-being of our students with SEN and SEMH challenges.
  2. School Community: Foster a positive and collaborative culture within the school, involving teachers, staff, and parents in decision-making processes.
  3. Critical Thinking: Apply critical thinking skills to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions to meet the needs of our students.
Key Responsibilities
  1. SEN and SEMH Expertise: Develop and maintain expertise in SEN and SEMH, staying up-to-date with best practices and research.
  2. Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, staff, and external partners to develop and implement effective support systems for students with SEN and SEMH challenges.
  3. School Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the overall quality of education and care provided at our school.
