Axcis Education Recruitment is recruiting a Curriculum Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized curriculums for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

About the Role

This is a leadership role that requires strong leadership and management skills. You will be responsible for managing a team of Learning Mentors and Tutors across Cornwall, ensuring that students receive high-quality support to meet their needs and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing creative curriculums that inspire quality learning for students with SEND
  • Managing a team of Learning Mentors and Tutors to deliver high-quality support to students
  • Working closely with the management team to ensure that students' needs are met and their aspirations are achieved
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 Award in Education and Training or equivalent
  • Experience of supporting students with SEND in education
  • Strong leadership and management skills
