**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Headteacher to join our team at Oak Tree School in Truro, a specialist SEMH provision that provides full-time education for up to 135 pupils and young people aged 5 to 18.

As a Senior Education Leader, you will be responsible for promoting a relentless focus on quality education and delivering a broad, balanced, and relevant curriculum that meets the needs of our pupils.

You will work closely with our executive team to develop and implement strategies that improve academic performance and support the wellbeing of our students.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of inspiring and motivating students, as well as developing and implementing innovative educational programs.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a £2,000 welcome bonus and opportunities for professional development.
