About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a relentless focus on education quality and delivering a broad, balanced curriculum that meets pupils' needs, producing positive outcomes.

You will lead an outstanding SEMH school, positively impacting young lives. We focus on developing self-esteem, wellbeing, academic performance, and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote a high-quality education and relevant curriculum for pupils with special education needs.
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver outstanding learning and support.
  • Become an ambassador for Teaching Personnel, working with parents, local authorities, and stakeholders.

We seek SEN professionals with ambition and creativity to improve performance and support. You must be an excellent communicator and have the ability to inspire teams.

A competitive salary range of £60,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered.
