Educational Leader for SEN

We are seeking an exceptional SEN Headteacher to lead our all-through independent special school in Cornwall.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, championing the needs of students, and inspiring staff to deliver high-quality teaching and care.
This is a unique opportunity to shape SEN education and contribute to the continued success of our school.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £95,000, dependent on experience, and a generous benefits package.
Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, developing innovative SEN programs, and fostering a warm, inclusive environment.
Candidates should hold a recognized teaching qualification, QTS/QTLS status, and extensive experience in leadership roles within SEN education.
A deep knowledge of SEN strategies, pedagogy, and statutory requirements is essential.
Desirable qualities include NPQH or equivalent leadership qualifications and a background in implementing innovative SEN programs or therapies.
