SCR invites applications for the position of Care and Education Director, responsible for the strategic direction and management of our Children's Home. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership and management within young people's residential services and excellent knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and education to young people and their families, as well as maintaining regulatory compliance. You will also lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the needs of our residents.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
