Care Support Assistant

**Job Title:** Care Support Assistant
**Location:** Cornwall and surrounding areas
**Salary:** £750 per week, depending on the complexity of care required
At Noble Live-In Care, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Support Assistant to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. As a Care Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in enabling our clients to maintain their independence and live safely in their own environment.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a care home or domiciliary care setting and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be required to work independently, using your initiative to provide person-centered care that meets the individual needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- To provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and dignity at all times.
- To work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.

- To participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans.
