As a Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care and support. This includes assisting with daily living tasks, providing personal care, and promoting independence.
In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of our residents. You will be part of a dedicated team that is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support.
Salary: £19,300 - £21,400 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The salary will be paid monthly or bi-weekly, depending on your preference.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care
- Experience working in a care setting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
