About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Support Worker to join our team in Truro. As a valued member of our staff, you will provide essential support and companionship to adults in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Help with mobility around the home, including transfers and mobility aids
  • Support with medication management and administer medication as required
  • Perform household tasks, such as cleaning, cooking, and laundry
  • Accompany clients on errands, such as grocery shopping and picking up prescriptions
Requirements:
  • Right to work in the UK (we cannot offer Health and Care Worker visas)
  • Full UK driving license with access to a vehicle for work-related travel
  • Adaptability, kindness, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care
Benefits:
  • Paid mileage of 35p per mile between calls
  • Early Pay App - request up to 50% of pay in advance of payday
