Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker for Children with Complex Needs to join our team in Redruth. As a key member of our Care in the Home division, you will play a vital role in supporting children with complex health needs to live at home with their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and support the child in their family home in the evening
  • Provide personal care, medication, moving and handling, and manage clinical equipment
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and their families
