About the Role

Noble Live-In is part of City & County Healthcare Group, a leading care provider in the UK. We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Companion to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing person-centred care and support in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day companionship and support to clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Support clients with activities of daily living, including meal preparation, shopping, and housework.
  • Encourage clients to participate in social activities and maintain their physical and mental health.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working in a care setting, preferably in a live-in care role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A caring and compassionate approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
