About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Live-In Care Assistant. As a Care Companion, you will provide day-to-day support and companionship to our clients, helping them to live safely and independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, reading, and hobbies.
  • Assist clients with practical tasks such as shopping, cleaning, and household chores.
  • Work collaboratively with other care professionals to ensure seamless care and support for clients.

Requirements

  • Previous experience of working in a care setting, preferably in a live-in care role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A caring and compassionate approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
