About the Role

Noble Live-In Care is seeking an exceptional Care Companion to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. As a Care Companion, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients, promoting their independence, and ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist clients with meal preparation, cooking, and cleaning.
  • Support clients with their medication and provide reminders as needed.
  • Engage in activities that promote social interaction and companionship, such as conversation, reading, and hobbies.
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfers, as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a care setting, such as a care home or domiciliary care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
  • Driving license (desirable).
