We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recovery Care Worker to join our team in Truro. As a key member of our adult community team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality recovery care to individuals struggling with mental health issues.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Working effectively in a team to provide continuity of care
- Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans
- Providing support and guidance to clients experiencing substance misuse issues
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
