About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Redruth, Cornwall. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting customers with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and mental health conditions to live the lives they choose.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care and hygiene as required
  • Administer medication as needed
  • Support with meal preparation and cooking
  • Accompany customers to medical appointments
  • Encourage participation in social activities
  • Develop and implement independent living skills
  • Perform domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry
  • Maintain accurate records and update care plans as necessary
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a team player with excellent communication skills. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on providing high-quality support to our customers.
