A Day in the Life as a Bank Care Assistant

\

As a Bank Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living tasks, providing emotional support and companionship, and ensuring that each resident receives individualized care.

Tasks may include assisting with bathing, dressing, and using the toilet, as well as helping with medication administration and other personal care tasks. You will also have the opportunity to engage with residents through activities such as reading, puzzles, and games.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience caring for older adults, excellent communication skills, and a warm and empathetic approach. You should also be able to work flexibly and independently, as well as part of a team.
