Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team at Surecall Medical Recruitment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and will be responsible for assessing patient needs, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

About the Role
This role requires a thorough understanding of anatomy and a passion for helping others in a clinical setting. The successful candidate will work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and demonstrating empathy and compassion towards patients.

Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs
* Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient assessments
* Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects
* Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options
* Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards

Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong knowledge of patient care practices, including medication administration techniques
* Proficient understanding of human anatomy to effectively assess and treat patients
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with patients, families, and colleagues
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and senior staff members

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £20.00 per hour, as well as a range of benefits including company pension, free parking, and referral programme.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday with day shift hours and weekend availability required.
