About the Role
As an Empathetic Care Specialist, you will play a vital part in enabling individuals to live fulfilling and independent lives. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing personalized support with daily tasks such as cooking and cleaning
  • Administering medication with precision and care
  • Engaging individuals in meaningful activities that promote their well-being
  • Offering personal care with dignity and respect
  • Accompanying individuals on outings and into the community
About You
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. While previous experience in social care is not essential, you should have a good understanding of the sector and be committed to providing high-quality care. Additionally, due to the needs of this service, you must hold a full driver's license and have access to your own vehicle.
