Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant on a bank basis at our premium care home in Truro.

This specialist facility offers nursing, residential and dementia care, with areas designed according to memory-friendly techniques for maximum independence.

The beautifully maintained gardens allow residents to enjoy the Cornish countryside while engaging in life skills and hobbies.

As a Care Assistant, you will ensure each resident receives the necessary support, including daily living assistance, one-to-one time and entertainment, to live comfortably in a caring environment.

This is a flexible bank position available on days or nights to suit your schedule.

Key Requirements:
  1. Essential: Previous experience as a Care Assistant in an elderly care setting
  2. Desirable: Level 2 or 3 qualification in Health & Social Care
