Care Support Specialist Role Summary
\We are seeking an experienced Care Support Specialist to join our team of dedicated care professionals. As a Care Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our residents with daily living tasks, providing emotional support and companionship, and ensuring that each resident receives individualized care.
\About the Job
\This is a bank care assistant position, which means you will work on an ad-hoc basis to cover staff shortages or provide additional support to our residents. As a bank care assistant, you will have the flexibility to choose when you want to work and how many hours you want to commit to.
\Key Responsibilities
\Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and using the toilet;
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents;
Ensure that each resident receives individualized care, taking into account their unique needs and preferences;
Work collaboratively with other care professionals to ensure seamless care delivery;
