About the RoleThis challenging position involves overseeing complex care client caseloads, ensuring the highest quality of service delivery and staff support across the entire region. You will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to ensure seamless care coordination.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will have extensive experience in leading teams and managing complex care scenarios. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and supervising care services for clients with complex needs;
- Maintaining high standards of patient care and safety;
- Providing guidance and training to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge;
- Developing and implementing care plans that meet individual client needs;
- Liaising with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care services;
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A strong background in clinical nursing, with a focus on leadership and management;
- Proven experience in managing complex care scenarios and coordinating services;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
