Job Summary

Sims Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the National Ferrous and Non Ferrous Trading Team, Factory Contracts, and the Business Development Team in all aspects of commercial administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce accurate and timely customer reports
  • Prepare and distribute customer price schedules and continuously update prices on the Navision system
  • Create contracts on the Navision system
  • Investigate and resolve internal queries
  • Liaise with the Transport Department & Weighbridge personnel
  • Support the Commercial Ferrous, Non Ferrous, & Factory Contracts Team
  • Deal with all administrative customer queries
  • Route website queries, and incoming calls to the appropriate contact
  • Make courtesy calls to existing suppliers, and provide feedback to Senior Managers
  • Manage all Inter Company prices
  • Deal with all Head Office accounts/administration requests
  • Assist with Reception cover, as the company requires
