Job Summary
Sims Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the National Ferrous and Non Ferrous Trading Team, Factory Contracts, and the Business Development Team in all aspects of commercial administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce accurate and timely customer reports
- Prepare and distribute customer price schedules and continuously update prices on the Navision system
- Create contracts on the Navision system
- Investigate and resolve internal queries
- Liaise with the Transport Department & Weighbridge personnel
- Support the Commercial Ferrous, Non Ferrous, & Factory Contracts Team
- Deal with all administrative customer queries
- Route website queries, and incoming calls to the appropriate contact
- Make courtesy calls to existing suppliers, and provide feedback to Senior Managers
- Manage all Inter Company prices
- Deal with all Head Office accounts/administration requests
- Assist with Reception cover, as the company requires
Requirements
- Exceptional organisational skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy

- Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable
- Integrity and confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident and polite telephone manner
- Ability to work as part of a team
