Red Rock Consultants are recruiting for a Customer Service advisor / Administrator to work for our client in Smethwick.
**Duties**:
- Scheduling work to engineers
- Scheduling work to sub-contractors
- Liaising with tenants, clients, contractors and external parties.
- Support other helpdesk functions on other contracts.
- Recording all communications, decisions, issues, delays and costs
- Liaise with Site contacts to arrange and book appointments for work to be carried out.
- Assisting with any other duties the contract needs support in regards to processing work orders from scheduling, completing, through to invoicing and payment
**Person Specification including Skills & Abilities**
- Customer service experience
- Experience with inbound & outbound calls
- Managing diaries
- Strong written & verbal communication
- Collaboration/ Teamwork
**Hours of work**
- Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
