About the Role:

This role plays a crucial part in supporting the school's financial management, ensuring the smooth administration of budgets and finances.

You will be working closely with the Business Manager to deliver high-quality financial services, providing excellent support to the school.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Business Manager in administering the school budget using the Financial Management System.
  • Reconcile all bank statements in FMS and School Fund.
  • Bank all income, including School Fund, and ensure accurate accounting.
  • Account for School Funds and related financial records.
  • Administer supply and overtime claims, and monitor absences.

This finance role is an opportunity to work with a Crown Commercial Services approved supplier, alongside a team of education experts who specialize in working with local schools.
