Strategic Business Growth Manager

You must have a valid driving license and access to your own vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:- Cold calling new business leads to book meetings and secure sales.
- Attend sales development meetings to build relationships and close deals.
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions, track sales progress, and report on performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge through regular training sessions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and administrative support as needed.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media platforms.
- A competitive salary of £30,000 + commission on new business wins.
- A full-time permanent role with a 30-minute lunch break.
- Annual leave allowance: 24 days + 8 bank holidays.
