Salary

The salary for this role is £15,450 gross per year (before tax, NI and pension contributions), with an annual increase of 3%. This works out to approximately £300 per week.

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a funding prospect database to identify potential funders and donors.
  • Write and deliver a fundraising strategy that includes applying to public funders, trusts, foundations, and individual giving.
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop projects and initiatives that align with our organisational goals.
  • Communicate with funders and stakeholders to secure support and resources for our programmes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in fundraising and development, particularly in trust and foundation bid writing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with funders, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve organisational objectives.
  • Familiarity with data collection, analysis, and presentation to inform fundraising strategies.
