Our mission requires a collaborative approach, leveraging strategic income generation, project development, and relationship-building with funders. We seek an authentic, organized, and reflective individual to join our team as a Development Lead.

About the Role:

  • We offer a competitive salary of £15,450 gross per annum (before tax, NI, and pension contributions), with an annual increase of 3%.
  • This fixed-term contract runs until April 2027, with an optimistic intention to extend. You will work 5 days a week, with Tuesdays spent at our office in Smethwick and the remainder from home or remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

- Resource our programs through strategic income generation
- Collaborate on project development and maintain relationships with funders
- Contribute to our mission to uplift the capacity of learning disabled people to influence change

Location and Working Arrangements: Our office is located at 28A Abbey Rd, Bearwood, Smethwick B67 5RD, but you can work from home or remotely for the majority of the time. Flexible working arrangements are possible.
