Unlock New Opportunities as a Senior Direct Sales Executive
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Direct Sales Executive to spearhead new business growth and drive revenue targets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing a robust prospect funnel, managing performance metrics, and fostering strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and nurture a personal prospect pipeline to achieve ambitious new business targets.
- Monitor and analyze customer performance, implementing action plans to address variances and optimize sales opportunities.
- Ensure seamless handovers of new accounts to designated Account Owners within the initial 8-week trading period.
- Support marketing initiatives by engaging with potential and existing customers, taking necessary actions following campaigns.
- Pursue productivity targets and maintain accurate opportunity records in Salesforce.
- Stay up-to-date on operational processes and developments, ensuring a proactive approach to product adoption.
- Process credit facilities to ISO standards, guaranteeing compliance and quality.
Performance Metrics:
- New Business Revenue and Service Mix alignment with set targets.
- RPC (Revenue Per Customer) achievement against benchmarks.
- Prospect funnel, opportunity, and committed reports management.
- Daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) attainment.
- Salesforce adherence and proficiency.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and persuasion/influence skills.
- Customer-centricity, empathy, and integrity in daily interactions.
About You:
Your background in direct sales at a senior level or similar environment will have equipped you with the skills and tenacity needed to excel in this role. You will utilize your exceptional communication, persuading, and influencing abilities to build strong relationships with customers and drive sales success.

- A proven track record in direct sales, ideally in a senior capacity.
- An adaptable style to suit internal and external customers' needs.
- Excellent telephone manner and objection-handling skills.
- The ability to work under pressure, demonstrating resilience and a positive attitude.
- Product knowledge and service expertise.
