Sales Team Manager RoleWe are seeking a sales team manager to join our Manchester office based in Spinningfields. As a sales team manager, you will be responsible for guiding and motivating a team of lead generation telesales consultants to achieve high performance and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of outbound lead generators and telesales consultants to achieve high performance and exceed sales targets
- Monitor key performance indicators, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
- Work closely with senior management to align team objectives with overall business goals
- Coach individuals to improve quality and performance
You will deliver one-to-one coaching sessions, comply with HR policies at line manager level, and focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving profitable sales growth.
Requirements- Proven experience in a B2B sales leadership role
- Previous experience managing lead generation
- Strong background in managing and developing sales teams
- Knowledge of Salesforce would be advantageous
- Excellent communication, motivation, and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives
- Ability to analyse performance metrics and implement necessary changes
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
- Strong people management skills
The company offers a highly competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus commission (OTE £50-£60K), as well as a range of benefits, including ongoing training and development opportunities.
