Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Account Manager Lead to join our team at Talent Focus Executive Search and Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion in the energy, engineering, and renewable sectors through strategic account planning, new business development, and relationship-building.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive sales growth and expansion.
  • IDentify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and outreach.
  • Buiild and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors through regular communication and site visits.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of account plans and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in the energy, engineering, and renewable sectors.
  • IDentify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and outreach.
  • Buiild and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors through regular communication and site visits.
  • Monitor and report on account activity and performance regularly.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of $180,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience.
