Sales Leadership Expert

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and leading a team of Account Managers to achieve excellence in sales and client service.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic sales leader to join our organization. You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of up to 20 accounts, executing our sales strategy, and leading your team to unlock new business opportunities across the UK & Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Inspire: Manage, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers to achieve excellence in sales and client service.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Strategically grow profitable revenues and market share for our hotel portfolio.
- Build Strong Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, owners, and key accounts, fostering long-term partnerships and creating value-driven solutions.
- Execute Strategy: Align with our sales strategy and implement clear, actionable plans to support hotel needs and business goals.
- Identify Opportunities: Actively target and secure new business, driving growth across key segments, including transient, M&E, and strategic accounts.
