Job Overview
The Portfolio Group seeks a seasoned sales leader to spearhead growth and development within our dynamic SaaS organization. This newly created role presents an exceptional chance for career advancement, working alongside a high-performing sales team renowned for its excellence in training, development programs, and executive leadership.
You will lead a large inside sales operation, focusing on lead generation, business development, and quality appointment setting within B2B consultative sales. Key responsibilities include optimizing CRM-driven campaigns, developing innovative new business sales initiatives, and leading the inside sales management team to motivate and develop sales teams to exceed company growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimizing CRM-driven campaigns to develop innovative new business sales initiatives.
- Leading and developing the inside sales management team, empowering sales managers to motivate and develop sales teams to exceed company growth targets.
- Developing sales coaching and training plans across all sales structures, including management development, induction programs, and circa 60 business sales consultants.
- Continuously seeking incremental improvements in sales performance and driving optimal activity levels.
- Ensuring clear communication of company objectives, revenue sales targets, and performance to promote employee engagement and drive performance.
- Liaising closely with marketing, new business, and business development teams to plan business development programs, sales campaigns, and optimize lead conversion.
