Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to lead our team in the Northern region. As a successful candidate, you will have a proven track record in sales management, extensive knowledge of water treatment and legionella control, and strong leadership skills. This role offers a competitive salary, company car allowance, and pension contributions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Manage a team of Account Managers and Service technicians
  • Work closely with sales reps to identify new business opportunities and manage key accounts
  • Lead by example, setting high standards for performance and behavior

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of water treatment and legionella control
  • Proven sales management experience with a focus on revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to travel across the UK
  • Experience managing engineers and technical staff
