Regional Sales Manager - North of England with ideal location being North West England


THE ROLE: As the Regional Sales Manager within this division of the business, you will manage a variety of customers and stakeholders across Northern England, Central Belt of Scotland and North Wales. You will be selling a range of very well respected, high quality commercial refrigerators and freezers via specialist project consultants, dealers and some end user customers. This role will involve not only the ability to present, pitch and win projects but also the skills to develop existing dealer customers, grow your portfolio and uncover End User projects that you can influence. Working as part of a close knit and highly successful sales team, you will represent a profitable and forward-thinking manufacturer. Key to success in this role is a proven track record of selling equipment or products to dealers and an awareness of the relationships needed to develop both dealer and end user customers. Candidates with strong sales structure good some new business drive and an ability to map out key account customers and opportunities to upsell will work well in the role. Development Chefs within hospitality and commercial catering who want to move into sales should also apply


THE COMPANY: Established in the UK with a manufacturing presence in the South East of England, this company is seen as a premium brand with excellent product efficiency and after sales support. As part of their growth plan they are not looking to add an experienced, high performing sales person to the North of England to continue the great work they have been doing in the rest of the UK. This role will involve some development of End User customers in hospitality but also getting involved with national accounts at senior level. Full product and company training is provided and regular team get togethers are promoted.


We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

· 2 years or more selling a product into dealer customers and end users

· Catering capital equipment sales ideal OR Development Chef wanting to break into sales

· Ability to win and manager a pipeline of projects

· A consultative, driven and professional salesperson with good attention to detail

· Happy with a large territory and daily travel to customer sites.


Salary: £40-45,000 basic salary, plus 17k OTE, hybrid company car, mobile, laptop, 25 days holiday, pension scheme
