SkyeBiz is seeking a skilled and motivated Northern England and Scotland Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in this strategically important region. As a senior member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and expand our customer base.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in Northern England and Scotland.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the region.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales professionals in Northern England and Scotland, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the field and at Head Office to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, adapting sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales leadership experience, preferably in the furniture or related industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £40,000 per annum, plus bonus.
