**Field Sales Representative - Northern England & Northern Ireland**

**Want to work for an energetic and dynamic Firearms & Accessories Importer supplying the UK Firearms Trade?**

Highland Outdoors is a leading firearms and accessories importer-wholesaler based in the East Midlands supplying the UK firearms trade. Our company was founded in Australia, and we have now established ourselves in the UK, Ireland, and Croatia, with sister companies in New Zealand, South Africa, China, Spain, and the USA.

Requirements of the applicant:

- **Proven & Demonstrative Sales Experience**:

- Sales experience is mandatory and a proven track-record of overachieving targets is desired.
- **Self-Starter **- It’s an autonomous role, you must be able to manage your own territory and plan sales calls, meetings etc.
- **Highly Driven**:

- Must be able to maintain a high level of enthusiasm and energy.
- **Customer Service Skills**:

- As you will be servicing our existing retail clients, you need to have a proven history of providing outstanding customer service.
- **Computer Skills**:

- Must have basic computer competency as you will need to access company accountancy software to enter orders, check inventory levels, generate reports, etc.
- **Driving Licence**:

- Must have a current and clean UK Driver’s Licence.
- **Firearms Experience **- You’ll be supplying firearms and associated accessories, so prior experience with firearms and outdoors sports is preferred, although not essential.

The package on offer includes an attractive base salary, company pension scheme, fully maintained company vehicle, hotel and travel expenses, mobile phone, laptop, PLUS a great bonus structure based on sales in your territory.

This is a home-based full time position working Monday to Friday. The hours are dependent on the customers you are seeing, and there will be some weekend work involved for events such as trade shows and customer open days.
