You’ll join an esteemed team of bathroom brassware specialists, with a wealth of experience in serving customers throughout Ireland and the UK. With a legacy of excellence, my client prides themselves on delivering exquisite craftsmanship, innovation, and unparalleled quality to their clients. As they expand their market presence in the Midlands region of England, they are seeking a talented Field Sales Representative to join their dedicated team.

**What you’ll do**:
Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with existing trade counter clients, providing tailored product recommendations and exceptional customer service to maximise ROI.

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to the Regional Sales Managers
- to inform strategic decision-making and optimise performance.

**What you’ll have**:
Proven track record of success in sales, working within a showroom or trade counter environment and want to take the next step
- out on the road.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding KPIs and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across the Midlands territory, as this role is field based.

**What you’ll get**:
Competitive salary of £28k-£30k, plus incentive bonus after 6 months.

Monday
- Friday working hours.

Company vehicle.
