We are recruiting a National Sales Director to lead and inspire our field and internal sales teams. As a result of sustained growth and significant investment, the company is expanding its salesforce in line with ongoing business expansion.

The ideal candidate will be a data-driven manager, utilising analytics to identify sales process improvements and development areas within the team, as well as employing their people management skills.

\

This is an excellent opportunity for a sales management professional looking to progress their career into a national role. Working closely with the senior management team, your contribution will be quickly recognised, and financial and career progression opportunities are excellent.

In this role, you will inherit a currently successful team while recruiting and growing the salesforce. You will be on an upward career trajectory, aspirational and looking for your first or second senior management position, following regional sales management or a team leader role.
