Sales Leadership Executive

Flogas Britain is seeking a talented Sales Leadership Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our sales function.
Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 per annum + benefits
Location: Remote/Field-based across Britain
The Sales Leadership Executive will lead a team of sales professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business results. You will develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and market share, building strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.

About You:
- Proven sales leadership experience with a track record of exceeding targets through a team
- Emotionally intelligent with the ability to build engaged, motivated, and effective teams
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence people at all levels of an organisation
