Job Title: Sales Leadership Manager
We are seeking a talented Sales Leadership Manager to lead our team of Energy Sales Consultants in Manchester. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for devising strategies to boost sales, enhancing team capabilities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in a B2B sales leadership role, strong background in managing and developing sales teams, and excellent communication, motivation, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and inspiring the team to achieve sales targets
- Monitoring key performance indicators and making data-driven decisions
- Fostering a positive team environment and promoting collaboration
Requirements:

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
