We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive to work for a marketing leading Property Services Business in Manchester City Centre, located near Oxford Road. Due to business demand, they are seeking experienced Sales professionals tojoin their growing team. You will receive a fantastic basic salary of £23,000 plus uncapped commission - OTE - £30,000, plus no long hours or weekends. Hours are office hours - Monday to Friday.

**The Package for the Sales Executive**:

- Office Hours - Mon
- Fri - 9:00 - 5:30
- £23,000 - OTE £30,000

**The role for the Sales Executive**:

- Making outbound calls to warm leads via their website
- Contacting customers who have recently been accepted for a house and booking in Surveyor appointments
- Booking appointments
- Managing Surveyors diaries
- Building rapport with every customer

**Experience for the Sales Executive**:

- Must at a minimum of 12 months Sales experience
- We would like to hear from you if you have experience working as a Sales Executive, Outbound Advisor, Call Centre Agent, Lead Generator, or similar
- Must have proven experience and can demonstrate targets and achievement
